'Glistening Dew' Gyokuro 白露 玉露 Uji Valley (shaded growth) - an Uji Hikari Varietal (shaded growth) has a deep, mild and long palate. The delicate sweet flavour is most pleasing and should cause you to take a pause and enjoy the experience.
Gyokuro is not a tea that should be hurried. It needs sensitive awareness to brew it properly and close attention to hear its virtues.
I recommend 8 grams added to a small pre-heated pot (200ml). Close to boiling water needs to rest in a pouring jar and cooled to sub 80C. You can play around with the temperature here, but say at 65C and steeped for 2 minutes (or possible a bit more) will give a very unique sipping profile.
Gyokuro can be 'difficult' for the uninitiated to get right but if you are truly 'into' teas from Uji, I say persevere and be rewarded.
