This Sencha 'makes sense'. What I mean by this is it clears the mind, lifts the spirit and freshens one's perspective. Ah, Asuka 飛鳥煎茶.

It has all the Uji characteristics: a clean freshness and aromatic lift. Delivers a delicate 'umami'. I think I may have left something out; but 'Cha' 茶 can be like that. Its beyond words. Drink it and you will understand.

People naturally love this tea. It is a seasonal home favourite.
