Useful Information about Delivery
Currently we use Sendle courier delivery service for major National destination tea orders and Australian Post for remote or rural domestic tea orders. These delivery services have been configured to provide the cheapest and most expedient delivery service.
The delivery amount is automatically generated once your selected items are added to the shopping cart and correctly updated once the postal details are added.
Shipping is free on some orders. The Free Delivery method option is selectable at the Cart Checkout Shipping page.
Time to time we will review these delivery services to ensure that your orders get to you in the best time possible. Do note however that holiday seasons and complex Covid-related constraints may cause some delays.
At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item description, its price, and estimated delivery time. Delivery times may vary depending on your delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of day you place your order.
